This is what we like to see in you:
We are looking for a Team Leader with People skills. You are passionate about managing, training and supervising the team of 3 maintenance engineers. You can plan in a structured manner, ensure that parts are on time and provide work preparation for your team. You go over this with the shift change with the mechanics who need to take over each other, so everyone knows what needs to be done. Inspection checks, coordinating with executives to schedule (preventive) maintenance and supervising outside parties and installers is all part of it as well. You are also responsible for the sprinkler,- and fire alarm system. At the end of the day, your record of work done is in order and you leave with a good feeling. In short, you enjoy being busy and get energy from everything described above.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role
