Dynamic, no-nonsense, nice colleagues, short lines and direct communication that is Scelta Products in short. We specialize in producing breaded, frozen vegetable snacks. Our products find their way worldwide to our customers in Retail, Foodservice and Quick Service Restaurants. In the 3rd quarter of 2022 we will open our new office in Rilland and we would like you to start there. Therefore, your induction period will take place in Kruiningen.
What are you going to do?
- Payroll support
- Absenteeism, maintaining contact between employees and following the WVP.
- ARBO-related HR matters, such as keeping track of the action plan at the RI&E
- Processing employee mutations
Everything starts in our HRM system Exact Synergy in which we are constantly optimizing. The department now consists of Naomi (HR Advisor) and Demi (HR Officer on call) and we are looking for someone who would enjoy working us and helping the 110 employees.
Who are we looking for?
You are a doer and a go-getter! Proactive, accurate and someone who thinks in solutions. You identify (improvement) opportunities and think along with the Team Leaders and the HR Advisor. Off course you find your way around the various information systems. Preferably you already have some experience in this administrative HR role, education is and advantage.
