We produce mushrooms, vegetables and onions with crispy coatings. It takes only 90 minutes to turn the fresh vegetables into a finished product.
The vegetables are dusted in a thin layer of flour, salt and other flavorings such as garlic powder. Hundreds of different flavors can be produced. The vegetables continue their way on the conveyor belt to disappear under a layer of batter, a layer of breadcrumbs, another layer of batter and another layer of breadcrumbs. Those double layers make the product extra crispy. Then each product is quickly frozen and packed before making its way to our customers.
